Although it may be convenient to know where to shop anywhere in America - it is only a short-term (rarely used) convenience used when you are out of town. Community interaction is lost in the corporate shopping world. To go further, no one is really a grocer in Utah unless they own a grocery store - and to tie it in with your previous post. .. they may not know very much about produce and the items they offer whereas a specified shop owner may. Also, going to target to buy a pen can be overwhelming if you don't know exactly what type of pen you would like - Americans have unncessary plethora of options, contributing to an already frightening consumerist culture. But that's my rant for right now. When it comes to paying more for the pen at a private store ask me again. ;)Tanwonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09483645346292023231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3075079688076181583.post-9660177943329138482009-07-29T05:50:56.529-07:002009-07-29T05:50:56.529-07:00As you say, in Europe if you want a specifict item...As you say, in Europe if you want a specifict item you must go to an specifict shop. That's how it works here he he he. If you try, for example, to buy a videogame, a painting or even jeans on a traditional shop... you will pay the difference ;)Le Hamster Rusohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11364833688960614876noreply@blogger.com
