Definitely creepy. Something about him looks...alien? like his eyes will start glowing red at any moment...
It's the bad photoshopping putting him in the uncanny valley. Very creepy - particularly the fact that he's so oddly shiny, not really happy-looking, and his beard is apparently attached to his face by some kind of airbrush glue!
Very creepy. Here's why - google pictures of Teb Bundy. See? The eyes and the nose are really close.
Is it the strange sheen on his skin that makes him look like a waxed apple? Or the frosted beard so hard it looks like it belongs on a Barbie Santa?
